^2 (A)Prove me, O Lord, and try me;
    test my heart and ^(B)my mind.^[a]
3 For your ^(C)steadfast love is before my eyes,
    and I ^(D)walk in your ^(E)faithfulness.
⁴ I do not ^(F)sit with men of ^(G)falsehood,
    nor do I consort with hypocrites.
